  • Successfully developed the LOTUS Containers Cloud CRM System by spearheading the Business Intelligence department. (Scrum and Scrumban frameworks).

  • Overhauled the LOTUS Containers Project Calculator Web Application (Scrum) as the In-House Product Manager by collaborating with the CSO, Global Key Account Manager, UI/UX designers, and developers.

  • Aligned product teams comprised of UI/UX designers, solution architects, developers and QA Engineers with the vision and context of the products.
